JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective. It’s allowing us to have what I’d call an automated database, as opposed to having staff ring up candidates all day long. We can send out emails to 2,000 candidates today, asking them to update their details.
We’ve been able to onboard different tools from Referoo to TalentTap. At the end of the day, consultants spend up to 90% of their day on one platform so it’s been great that they can stay within JobAdder and access all these tools.
There are big time savings from our perspective and that’s been all the way through. It’s also about that sense of professionalism that candidates get with JobAdder, the level of communication they get, it’s so important.
A number of things stood out for me…ease of deployment and set-up is one of those things as well as the month-by-month rolling contracts which is absolutely crucial. So we’re building everything from scratch and working with JobAdder has been great, because it means that I can build a best-of-breed stack.
A client could ring us on a Sunday night needing people the next day. We can go into JobAdder, bulk text candidates and see responses coming back immediately. We can then say to the client, ‘done and dusted.’ It helps us to actually win business because we have a speed of response to market.
The training was very good because we were all using the system and we were up to speed very quickly… even our new users, when they come onboard and we give them a bit of an overview and then they do the tutorials, it’s like, okay, that makes sense.
The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! They are always there to help and create solutions that work for us, and I’m continuously impressed with the customer service levels provided (which can be rare in this industry!).
It has been valuable to have our metrics readily available to dive into and report on. It’s drastically reduced our time to collate reports and provide more in-depth analysis than we’ve previously been able to do.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
